Welcome Back!

Today we have welcomed 229 children back to the School, Nursery and Kindergarten as we open our doors for the start of the new academic year.

St Hilary’s Staff create special messages for the School Community

The staff of St Hilary’s are looking forward to the start of the Summer Term and have been thinking about their pupils and the wider St Hilary’s community over Easter.  They have created some special and fun messages to connect with their pupils in the lead up to this new term.


St Hilary’s School Collaborative Art work reaches Global Final

St Hilary’s Preparatory School pupils in Years 4 and 5 have been successful in reaching the final of the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation’s Schools’ Global Canvas Competition with their collaborative work art installation. 

This year’s competition theme, which saw entries involving thousands of children from all over the world, is titled ‘Endangered.’ The challenge involved creating an exciting group mini-exhibition or art display interpreting this theme.

St Hilary's Launches Lego Education Innovation Studio

We are thrilled to announce the launch of `The Hive' our Lego Education Innovation Studio, which was officially launched by The Mayor of Godalming, Cllr Penny Rivers and her consort, Paul at the start of the autumn term.  We are very grateful to the Friends of St Hilary's for their generous donation to this.

Awards Ceremony

Our Awards Ceremony was a fitting finale to another busy, successful and inspiring year at St Hilary's.

Shortlisted for the Independent School of the Year Awards

We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Independent School of the Year Awards for the second year running.

Helena is a Wicked Young Writer

Well done to Helena, who was a finalist in the "Wicked Young Writer Awards".  The awards, established by the long-running musical WICKED, links the important messages of the production with a competition that would inspire young people to use creative writing to look at life a little differently.

Felicity is a National Champion

Congratulations to Felicity who is now a national champion following her success at the National Schools Biathle Championships.

St Hilary's Scholarship Success

Congratulations to our Year 6 girls who have achieved fantastic scholarship results, obtaining 16 scholarships and six awards and exhibitions to senior schools for September 2019.

Fantastic Gymnastics

39 girls from St Hilary's competed in an U8 - U11 gymnastics competition at St Catherine's on Friday 22nd March and came away with an impressive medal tally.
