How to Apply 

We hold regular Open Days or alternatively, we are happy to plan a personal visit around your schedule and requirements.  

If you would like to register your child at St Hilary’s School, please complete the Registration Form and return it to the Admissions Manager together with a non-refundable registration fee of £100. (Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque made payable to St Hilary’s School Trust Ltd.)

In all cases early registration is recommended. Registrations will be considered in the order they are received. Offers of places are subject to availability and the admission requirements of the School at the time offers are made.

Once a registration form and non-refundable fee has been received, a letter will be sent confirming the child has been added to our entry list. Parents will then be contacted at a later date requesting completion of the parent contract and payment of a deposit of £500 to secure the place. The deposit will be refunded when the child leaves the School.

Entry Information

 

The main points of entry to the School are at Nursery (2 years), Reception (rising 5 years) and Year 3 (rising 8 years), although pupils may be accepted at other points if places are available.
